按照材质的不同，组装式储罐内浮顶可分为铝制内浮顶及钢制内浮顶。铝制内浮顶采用仿生蛛网型结构，主要用于储存轻质油，例如汽油、航空煤油等；钢制内浮顶材质选用304或316L不锈钢，用于腐蚀性强的液体化学品的储罐，多采用井字形结构，使用寿命比铝制内浮顶更长，结构强度更大。

储罐内浮顶结构主要包括：

浮子、盖板、密封胶带、主梁、副梁、外圈梁、支腿、防转装置、人孔、量油、导静电带、连接螺栓等。

内浮顶安装现场条件要求：
Requirements for installation site conditions of internal floating roof:
1、确保储罐所有开孔全部完毕且应装附件全部已焊接，浮盘组装开始后不得再动火；
1.Ensure that all openings of the storage tank are completed and all accessories are welded.No hot work is allowed after the floating plate assembly;
2、储罐需做除锈处理的，必须在内浮盘进罐前做完并验收合格；
2.If the tank needs to be derusted,it must be finished and accepted before the inner floating pan enters the tank;
3、储罐已做完试水试验且验收合格；
3.The storage tank has completed the water test and passed the acceptance test;
4、到场部件及材料在现场堆放前，储罐内必须清理干净，不得有油污和污水，用架空方法和胶布与地面隔绝；
4.Before stacking the components and materials on site,the storage tank must be cleaned and free of oil and sewage.It is better to isolate the tank from the ground by overhead method and adhesive tape;
5、储罐内表面凡是可能损伤密封装置的焊疤、毛刺等障碍应清除干净并将表面打磨圆滑；
5.Any welding scar,burr and other obstacles on the inner surface of the storage tank that may damage the sealing device shall be removed and the surface shall be polished smoothly;
6、内浮盘组装所需的电源电线已接至罐口并准备好焊机等需要的条件，组装过程中需使用手电钻、电动扳手等工具，业主方需按相关章程办理动火证；

7、非新罐区储罐罐内须清洗干净并通风处理，保证空气质量达标后方可组装。
